Annette Marie Sailor

     Annette Marie Sailor, born on January 31, 1967, in Indianapolis, Indiana, left this world on January 20, 2026, at the Hospice of the Carolina Foothills in Forest City. She was a cherished daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend whose light would forever shine in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know her.

     Annette's journey began in the vibrant city of Indianapolis, but her roots were firmly planted in South Carolina, where she graduated from Chesnee High School. A passionate caregiver, she later pursued her LPN degree at Spartanburg Tech, dedicating her life to the service of others. Her commitment to her vocation radiated warmth and compassion, leaving a lasting impact on both her colleagues and patients.

     Those fortunate enough to share moments with Annette understand that her spirit was most alive when she embraced nature. She loved spending time outdoors, playing joyfully with her beloved pets and nurturing her garden, which bloomed as beautifully as the love she nurtured in her family and friendships. Each flower and blade of grass seemed to echo her laughter and zest for life, reminding us of her genuine appreciation for the world around her.

     Annette took immense joy in the company of her family. She is survived by her devoted husband, Robert Sailor of Mooresboro, NC, and her cherished daughter, Bobbi Nichole Sailor of Rutherfordton, NC. Her legacy will also be carried on by her sister, Julie Fowler, and husband Mitchell, who continue to remember the countless family gatherings filled with laughter, stories, and unconditional love.

     Although Annette's parents, Roger Clark and Judy Rudolph Clark, and her sister, Tammy Moore, have passed, their memories live on in her heart and the hearts of her family. The love, guidance, and passion for life they instilled in her have left an indelible mark, shaping the woman she became.

     As we gather to honor Annette's remarkable journey, a Celebration of Life will be held on January 23, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Cleveland Funeral Services & Crematory in Shelby, NC.

     Annette Marie Sailor will be dearly missed by all that knew her. Her kindness, laughter, and love will echo in our hearts forever.
