Donnie Dixon, age 70, of Forest City, passed away Monday, June 20, 2022 after an extended illness at the Hospice of the Carolina Foothills.
Donnie was a dedicated captain and firefighter for the Sandy Mush Volunteer Fire Department, and a long-time employee of PPG.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Dolores Haynes Dixon; four stepchildren, Lora McDonald (Bob), Marty Haynes (Hope), Heather Harris (Tom) and Andrew Stephens (Matt), and several grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date,
