Sarah Rosalee Owens (McMurry), 71, of Rutherfordton, NC died Sunday, September28th, 2025 at Spartanburg Regional Hospital.
She was the 8th child born out of 11 to the late Leabron and Irene W. McMurry.
Preceded in death, 3 brothers, William W. McMurry, Charles E. McMurry, Leabron S. McMurry, 1 sister Rachel A. Lookadoo and 1 son Kenny D. McMurry.
Survivors include 4 sisters Margie, Ileen, Martha, Nancy, 2 brothers John and James, one daughter Deana McGinnis of Rutherfordton and one son Johnny Owens of Rutherfordton, grandchildren, Shawn McMurry, Breann McMurry, Kasey Wiley, Zackary McGinnis, Tyler Owens, Cameron Owens and great grandchildren, Carter Quinn, Norah Quinn and Harrison Owens.
