Ruby Breakfield

Ruby Nell Breakfield, age 86, of Shelby, NC, passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at White Oak Manor Shelby.

Ruby was born August 30, 1934 in Burke County to the late Marvin Moses and Oval Thomas Moses.  She was a loving mother and grandmother.  Ruby loved to cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family.  She also loved flowers, gardening and reading.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Bruce Edward Bell, a daughter, Susan Elaine Bell; and a sister, Mary Jo Hester.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Troy Bell (Deborah) of Grover; grandchildren, Shannon Causby of Forest City, Cassie Anthony of Florida, Tiffany Bell of Kings Mountain, Nikki Dyer (Mike) of Shelby, Amber Roberts and fiancé Jimmy Love of Lawndale, Justin Spivey and fiancé Tamika Foster of Shelby and fifteen great-grandchildren.
